Une Diplômée ICN lauréate des Trophées "Les Femmes de l'Economie"

UNE DIPLÔMÉE ICN LAURÉATE DES TROPHÉES "LES FEMMES DE L'ECONOMIE"
Après avoir été récompensée par le Prix Performance commerciale des Trophées des Femmes de l'Economie 2014 en région Lorraine en juillet dernier, Laure THEVENOT, Diplômée du Programme ICN Grande École et de l'École du Coaching ICN, Créatrice et Présidente de OH my Coach !, vient de se voir décerner le 2ème Prix lors de la grande finale nationale.
Hors du commun, voilà qui peut résumer le parcours professionnel de Laure THEVENOT. Reconnue handicapée, elle cache cet état des choses lors de son insertion au sein d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique pour lequel elle a travaillé 25 ans. La vie ne l'épargne pas mais elle trouve en elle la force d'en recommencer une nouvelle, portée par ses proches et par un moral d'acier. Elle reprend une formation au sein d'ICN Business School à Nancy et y obtient le Diplôme ICN Grande Ecole en 2002, puis un Diplôme de Coaching en 2008. Riche de sa formation de coach, elle crée son entreprise en 2009, OH my Coach !, pour faire avancer la place du handicap au travail et briser les tabous.
Mettre à l'honneur l'implication et la réussite des Femmes dans l'économie de leur région et récompenser leur travail et leur persévérance dans un monde majoritairement masculin, voilà l'objectif des Trophées « Les Femmes de l'Economie».
Ce sont tout d'abord des évènements régionaux annuels, dédiés aux femmes créatrices d'entreprise, dirigeantes ou investies à un haut niveau de responsabilité au sein de leur organisation et dans leur région. Ils visent à mettre en lumière ces femmes du quotidien qui forcent le respect par leurs parcours exemplaires.
L'ensemble des lauréates des Trophées régionaux se retrouvent ensuite pour la finale des territoires qui récompense une lauréate nationale dans chaque catégorie de prix. Les candidates sont départagées par un jury exceptionnel, composé des chefs de file des associations féminines et des réseaux professionnels nationaux : Femmes Chefs d'Entreprise, Femmes 3000, Dirigeants Commerciaux de France, Entreprendre Ensemble...
