Embaucher une personne handicapée, une mission difficile pour l'entreprise...

Le Club Handicap et Société vient de publier son baromètre « Handicap et Entreprise » réalisé par IPSOS auprès de 298 dirigeants et responsables RH d’entreprises de plus de 10 salariés. Premier enseignement : 80 % des sondés considèrent l’embauche de personnes handicapées comme un acte difficile pour l’entreprise.
L’inadéquation du handicap aux exigences du poste constitue un frein pour 84 % des personnes interrogées. Une éventuelle réorganisation ou un réaménagement des horaires de travail est jugé contraignant par 45 % des dirigeants ou DRH.
Enfin, 58 % d’entre eux estiment l’objectif de 6 % réaliste bien que le taux d’emploi des personnes handicapées calculé dans le cadre de l’étude ne soit que de 3,5 %.
